Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing any bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.

Regular Promotions

• Cashback offers are calculated weekly based on net losses.
• Free spins are only applicable to selected slots games.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must make a minimum deposit of ৳1,000.

Gaming Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded, subject to specific conditions.
• In cricket betting, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure, and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to cricks's systems.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Submitting false KYC information or committing identity fraud.

Account Closure & Suspension

Cricks may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failed KYC verification.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

To voluntarily close your account, email our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure (provided no rule violations are involved). A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be charged on inactive accounts.
